The Lakelands Shopping Centre is located 65km south of Perth CBD, close to Mandurah and includes a 5000 metre square Coles supermarket, K-Mart, library, childcare centre and more than 40 specialty shops.

MPM were contracted to supply and install the mechanical services which included:

• Roof top packages
• Split systems
• General ventilation
• Smoke exhaust
• Heating water and associated pumps / boiler
• Chilled water and associated pumps / chiller
• Water treatment
• Commissioning
• BMS

This project was completed in July 2017
