Bannister Downs Dairy is located in the south west region of Western Australia in the town of Northcliffe.

MPM were engaged to design and construct the mechanical services which included:

• Roof top packaged DX units
• Daikin DX split system
• Ventilation system comprising outside air and exhaust
• BMS control systems

The project utilised Building Information Modelling (BIM) to accurately co-ordinate services construction.

This project was completed in April 2018.
